To make a claim, please contact us directly by phoning our Warranty Department at 1-855-734-7267, ext 4201, or by email at email@example.com. Customers must have proof of purchase and the product before any warranty claim is dealt with. Any items that are being shipped to us MUST have an RA#. Please contact our warranty department to get an RA#.
Our product warranty does not cover problems arising from misuse, overheating, alteration, normal wear or improper care, dents, or breakage, nor does it cover cookware used for non-food purposes. We will, at our sole option, repair or replace any defective parts free of charge with the original sales receipt or registered warranty; however, shipping transportation costs are at the expense of the consumer. If an identical product is not available, it will be substituted with a comparable quality and size product.
