We will be shipping all orders by Purolator courier. Due to the Canada Post Strike, all couriers are experiencing delivery delays. In most cases, those delays are minor, but there have been some exceptions to this. If you place your order by the deadlines below, we will do everything in our power to get the shipment processed and picked up immediately so that it can arrive before Christmas. If your shipment is later than 3-5 business days from the expected delivery date, please use the tracking # provided for your shipment to track the package at Shipping, Freight & Courier Solutions | Purolator or 1-888-SHIP-123. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any additional information beyond what is available on Purolator’s website. Free Standard Shipping within Canada is applied to any on-line purchase of $125 or more (merchandise subtotal, excluding other applicable handling or administrative charges, and sales tax). TRACKING YOUR PACKAGES
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers’ online tracking site.
Orders are processed and delivered Monday–Friday, except for national holidays. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.
