Padinox Aquisition

To Our Loyal Canadian Customers,

I am thrilled to formally announce that Meyer Canada is in the final stages of acquiring the assets of a Canadian cookware manufacturing and distribution facility, Padinox Inc, located in Prince Edward Island. This is truly exciting news to share with our loyal and committed customers and partners, as this represents Meyer’s first foray into North American based manufacturing, rooted in Canadian soil. I’m proud to bring our operations to PEI, where we will add a roster of hard-working Canadians to our corporate family, manufacturing product for Canadians by Canadians.

Meyer Canada will continue to produce the same high quality product you have come to know and love, and will integrate the high quality and craftsmanship of the PEI factory, responsible for producing Paderno branded cookware.

The acquisition of a Canadian facility and the investment in its people and operation will permit agile production turn-around, enhanced production capacity and continued growth and strengthening of our retailer partnerships. In addition, this exciting new endeavor has opened the possibility of working with new and existing brands and partners to introduce countless unique “Made in Canada” products into the marketplace. I am truly passionate about this new undertaking and I can’t wait to share all the exciting new developments that will be taking place in the coming months.

To all of Paderno’s loyal customers, it is a privilege to be taking on the Paderno brand. Please know that the transition to Meyer Canada will be as seamless as possible. I am committed to preserving Paderno’s longstanding tradition of quality and service, and am equally eager to introduce new and exciting innovations.

I also want to take this opportunity to thank Meyer Canada’s wonderful partners and customers for their loyalty over the years. Meyer Canada has always been an operation dedicated to enhancing the kitchen experience for the everyday Canadian and I couldn’t be more excited to be bringing this philosophy full-circle.

Best Regards,

Evan Feldman
